My husband, Chris, recently introduced me to Dr. Who. I survived the first season (barely) with all the bad special effects, weird story lines, poor acting etc. and have now made it all the way to season 5. I’ve gotta say, there’s something intriguing about it, although I don’t think I’m addicted quite as much as Chris yet. It’s definitely growing on me though, especially the weeping angels. So how does that have anything to do with family pictures? I showed up to meet my friends Marcus and Christina for a family shoot with her brother, sister-in-law, and nephew Elliot thinking that it was going to be just another extended family shoot. Boy, was I wrong. Her sister-in-law, Ashley, came separately to the shoot from work so we started taking some photos while we were waiting. Elliot was really missing his Mama so none of us could get even the slightest smile out of him until she arrived. Once Mom was on the scene I learned that this little guy was quite the Dr. Who fan as well. He even dressed up as the Doctor for Halloween and had plenty of phrases to go along with the character. I was dying. Who doesn’t love a 2 year old who can make Dr. Who jokes? Not to mention, he’s just so stinkin adorable and looks like he came straight out of a Gap Kids magazine.
