After all the months (or potentially years) of waiting there is nothing that compares to the moment you lock eyes with a squishy bundle of joy. As a Dallas Birth Photographer I have seen every reaction imaginable. But for me, some of my favorite reactions are from older siblings! The look of joy on their faces as they rush into the room and can’t wait to hold the baby is just priceless!
Let’s not forget about the grandparents. As a parent myself I can only imagine the flood of emotions I may have someday if my daughters have children! There is something so magical about witnessing a grandparent beginning their relationship with their grandchild. I’ll let you in on a little secret, almost all the grandmas cry… but my heart just melts when the grandpas do to.
